Addition of 1648 LIG flats in DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026

CIRCULAR
In pursuance of its objective to provide affordable housing, Delhi Development Authority hereby offers additional flats under ‘DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026’. The flats offered under the scheme earlier were booked within an hour of commencement of booking, reflecting the strong demand for these flats. Accordingly, additional flats of LIG category in Narela are being offered under the same scheme. Brief details of these flats, including the plinth area, disposal price range, locality, sectors and pockets, are annexed herewith.
These flats shall also be offered at a flat 25% discount, thereby ensuring affordability as well as accessibility for aspirational sections of society.
2. The booking of additional flats under the said scheme will commence from 29.10.2026 at 12:00 Noon through DDA’s Awaas Portal https://eservices.dda.orq.in . under the scheme title “DDA Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026”. The booking amount for the flats shall be Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only).
3. Applicants who have already registered on DDA’s Awaas Portal need not register again. Applicants wishing to book a flat shall be required to comply with the registration requirements and other applicable conditions of the scheme.

4. The remaining terms and conditions of the scheme shall remain the same as provided in the brochure of DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026. The brief details of the additional flats being offered under the scheme are annexed herewith as Annexure-1.

** Plinth Area includes common area and it may vary from flat to flat.
*** The demand letter will be issued as per the actual plinth area of the individual flat. Therefore, the disposal price of flats may vary depending on the plinth area. The tentative cost does not include maintenance charges, water connection charges and conversion charges wherever applicable. These shall be demanded at the time of issuance of Demand-cum-Allotment Letters at the applicable rates. Besides above, maintenance charges for different categories of flats to be added at the time of issue of Demand letters
