65th National Exhibition of Art, 270 Artworks Selected, 20 Artists to Receive Lalit Kala Akademi Awards
ललित कला अकादमी, राष्ट्रीय कला अकादमी द्वारा 65वीं राष्ट्रीय कला प्रदर्शनी (NEA) का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। यह भारत में समकालीन दृश्य कला की प्रमुख वार्षिक प्रदर्शनियों में से एक है। प्रदर्शनी के लिए देशभर से 27 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के 2,495 कलाकारों ने कुल 6,175 कलाकृतियां भेजीं। प्रथम चरण की ज्यूरी ने कठोर चयन प्रक्रिया के बाद 270 कलाकृतियों को प्रदर्शनी के लिए चुना। चयनित作品ों में पेंटिंग, मूर्तिकला, प्रिंटमेकिंग, ड्राइंग और मिक्स्ड मीडिया जैसी विभिन्न कला विधाएं शामिल हैं। वहीं, पुरस्कारों के लिए गठित द्वितीय चरण की ज्यूरी ने 20 कलाकारों की 20 कलाकृतियों का चयन ललित कला अकादमी पुरस्कारों के लिए किया। प्रदर्शनी समकालीन भारतीय कला की विविधता और रचनात्मकता को दर्शाती है।

Lalit Kala Akademi Announces 20 Lalit Kala Akademi Awards at the 65th National Exhibition of Art

The Lalit Kala Akademi, National Academy of Art, is organising the 65th National Exhibition of Art (NEA), one of the most prestigious annual exhibitions of contemporary visual art in India. The exhibition provides a national platform for artists to showcase their creative practices and for audiences to engage with the diverse and evolving visual arts of the country.
The 65th National Exhibition of Art has received an overwhelming response from artists across India. The Akademi received 6,175 artworks from 2,495 artists representing 27 States and Union Territories. Following a rigorous selection process, the First-Tier Jury selected 270 artworks for presentation at the exhibition.
The selected works reflect a wide range of artistic practices, materials and techniques, including painting, sculpture, printmaking, drawing and mixed media, among others. The exhibition demonstrates the richness of contemporary Indian artistic expression and the continuing engagement of artists with new materials, ideas and forms.
The Second-Tier Jury, constituted to select the award-winning works, selected 20 artworks by 20 artists for the Lalit Kala Akademi Awards.
