DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, Booking Period Extended up to 31 July 2026
सेवारत एवं सेवानिवृत्त केंद्रीय सरकार, राज्य सरकार, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों (PSUs), सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों (PSBs), स्थानीय निकायों, स्वायत्त संस्थाओं तथा सरकारी विश्वविद्यालयों के कर्मचारियों के लिए संचालित डीडीए कर्मयोगी आवास योजना 2025 (एफसीएफएस) के संबंध में सूचित किया जाता है कि योजना के अंतर्गत फ्लैटों की बुकिंग अवधि को एक माह के लिए बढ़ाकर 31 जुलाई 2026 तक कर दिया गया है।
योजना के प्रथम चरण में नरेला के सेक्टर A1-A4 स्थित पॉकेट-9 में 1,165 फ्लैट बुकिंग के लिए उपलब्ध कराए गए थे। इसके पश्चात पॉकेट-6 में 936 फ्लैट तथा पॉकेट-13 में 1,552 फ्लैट भी डीडीए कर्मयोगी आवास योजना 2025 (एफसीएफएस) के अंतर्गत बुकिंग हेतु उपलब्ध कराए गए।
पॉकेट-13 में नए फ्लैटों की उपलब्धता, योजना के तीनों चरणों में प्राप्त हो रही निरंतर सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया तथा आम जनता से प्राप्त मांग को ध्यान में रखते हुए, सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा योजना की बुकिंग अवधि को एक माह के लिए बढ़ाकर 31 जुलाई 2026 तक करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
अतः सभी पात्र एवं इच्छुक आवेदकों से अनुरोध है कि वे इस विस्तारित अवधि का लाभ उठाते हुए नरेला के सेक्टर A1-A4 स्थित पॉकेट-6, पॉकेट-9 एवं पॉकेट-13 में उपलब्ध फ्लैटों की बुकिंग निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर सुनिश्चित करें।

Subject: Extension of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) up to 31.07.2026 – reg.
Attention is invited towards the ongoing DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) launched for serving and retired employees of Central Government, State Government, PSUs, PSBs, Local Bodies, Autonomous Bodies and Government Universities.
Under the scheme, 1165 flats in Pocket-9, Sector Al-A4, Narela were initially offered for booking, followed by 936 flats in Pocket-6, Sector Al-A4, Narela and 1552 flats in Pocket-13, Sector Al-A4, Narela under the DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS).
In view of the recent addition of new inventory in Pocket-13 and the continued response being received for flats offered in the three different phases under the scheme and keeping in view the general demand received from public, it has been decided to further extend the booking period of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) by one month i.e. up to 31.07.2026.
Accordingly, interested eligible applicants are advised to avail the opportunity for booking of flats available in Pocket-6, Pocket-9 and Pocket-13, Sector Al-A4, Narela under the aforesaid scheme within the extended period.
