CIRCULAR
Sub: Offering of 691 Additional Flats in EWS Category in Narela under the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 (Phase III) – reg.
DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 Phase III launched on 29.12.2025 for which booking started on 15.01.2026, witnessed unprecedented demand resulting in booking of all the 679 flats on offer on the first day itself.
2. In view of the continued public demand for the flats on offer under the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 (Phase III) as well as the rising demand for affordable housing, it has been decided to offer 691 additional EWS flats at Narela [384 EWS flats at Pocket 3, Sector A1-A4, Narela and 307 EWS flats at Pocket 11, Sector-G7/G8, Narela] under this ongoing scheme. The list of such additional flats is annexed for enabling the interested buyers to visit the housing pockets for inspecting the flats before exercising their choice/ preference of flats. The booking for the additional flats will commence from 27.01.2026 from 12:00 Noon onwards.
3. All other terms and conditions of the scheme shall remain unchanged and shall be as per the original circulars, subsequent communications, and the respective scheme brochures.
This issues with the approval of Vice-Chairman, DDA.
