8th Pay Commission, Expected Salary Hike for Level 6–8 Employees Under 2.0, 2.15, 2.28 & 2.57 Fitment Factors
8वां वेतन आयोग 7 अक्टूबर से कर्नाटक के बेंगलुरु में हितधारकों के साथ अपनी अगली बैठकें शुरू करेगा। इसी दौरान आयोग विभिन्न विभागों और मंत्रालयों से कर्मचारी संबंधी आंकड़े भी जमा करने के लिए कह रहा है, ताकि रिपोर्ट तैयार की जा सके। विभाग और मंत्रालय अपने शीर्ष अधिकारियों को यह डेटा जमा करने के निर्देश दे रहे हैं। इस महीने की शुरुआत में केंद्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग (CPWD) मुख्यालय ने भी आवास एवं शहरी कार्य मंत्रालय के अधीन आने वाले कार्यालयों से 8वें वेतन आयोग के लिए केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारी समूह बीमा योजना (CGEGIS) से संबंधित आंकड़े जमा करने को कहा था।
विभिन्न विभागों के साथ होने वाली बैठकें और उनसे प्राप्त आंकड़े 8वें वेतन आयोग की रिपोर्ट तैयार करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे। इस रिपोर्ट में केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों के वेतन और पेंशन में संशोधन से संबंधित सिफारिशें शामिल होंगी।
एक बार रिपोर्ट अधिसूचित हो जाने के बाद, कर्मचारियों को रिपोर्ट अधिसूचित करने में हुई देरी की अवधि का एरियर और नए फिटमेंट फैक्टर के आधार पर संशोधित वेतन मिल सकता है। इस लेख में हम देखेंगे कि 8वें वेतन आयोग में लेवल 6 से 8 तक के कर्मचारियों को 2.0, 2.15, 2.28 और 2.57 के फिटमेंट फैक्टर के आधार पर कितना मूल वेतन मिल सकता है।
कर्मचारी और पेंशनभोगी संगठनों ने 8वें वेतन आयोग के सामने क्या वेतन सिफारिशें रखी हैं?
नेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ ज्वाइंट कंसल्टेटिव मशीनरी (NC-JCM), जो केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों का प्रमुख संगठन है, ने 8वें वेतन आयोग के लिए 3.833 फिटमेंट फैक्टर की सिफारिश की है। इसका मतलब है कि 7वें वेतन आयोग के तहत ₹18,000 का न्यूनतम वेतन बढ़कर 8वें वेतन आयोग में ₹69,000 हो सकता है।
कई अन्य संगठनों, जैसे ऑल इंडिया डिफेंस एम्प्लॉइज फेडरेशन (AIDEF), फेडरेशन ऑफ नेशनल पोस्टल ऑर्गनाइजेशंस (FNPO) और ऑल इंडिया न्यू पेंशन स्कीम एम्प्लॉइज फेडरेशन, ने भी NC-JCM की मांग का समर्थन करते हुए 3.83 फिटमेंट फैक्टर की सिफारिश की है।
दूसरी ओर, इंडियन रेलवे टेक्निकल सुपरवाइजर्स एसोसिएशन (IRTSA) ने कर्मचारियों के विभिन्न स्तरों के लिए पांच अलग-अलग फिटमेंट फैक्टर की सिफारिश की है। इनमें न्यूनतम फिटमेंट फैक्टर 2.92 और अधिकतम 4.38 है।

6वें और 7वें वेतन आयोग में फिटमेंट फैक्टर क्रमशः 1.86 और 2.57 था। पिछले रिकॉर्ड को देखते हुए 2.92, 3.83 या 4.38 जैसे फिटमेंट फैक्टर काफी अधिक माने जा सकते हैं।

What can be the fitment factor for the 8th Pay Commission?
Manjeet Singh Patel, National President, AINSPEF, says that going by the current dearness allowance and pay-related factors, a 2.1 fitment factor appears to be a strong possibility for the 8th Pay Commission.
However, the fitment factor will be known once the government notifies the pay commission report.

As per the 7th Pay Commission pay scales, minimum basic pay for Level 6, 7 and 8 employees are Rs 35,400, Rs 44,900 and Rs 47,600, respectively.
