Will the Minister of FISHERIES, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has adopted a new approach under the Nationwide AHDF KCC Campaign for 2023-24 for reaching out to the maximum number of farmers;
(b) whether any campaign has been organized to provide Kisan Credit Cards (KCCs) in the State of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan since June, 2020;
(c) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;
(d) the details of total KCCs sanctioned to all eligible dairy farmers from the State of Uttar Pradesh especially from the Pratapgarh and Jhansi Parliamentary Constituencies and State of Rajasthan especially from Pali Parliamentary Constituency respectively; and
(e) the number of farmers from the said Parliamentary Constituencies who have fulfilled their credit requirements by using KCCs, Constituency wise?

(a) Yes Sir, Government has decided to continue the Nation-wide AHDF KCC Campaign during the year 2023-24 i.e from 01.05.2023 to 31.03.2024 for reaching out to the maximum number of farmers. Meanwhile, in order to further boost the KCC saturation drive, Government of India has launched a nationwide special focussed campaign “Ghar Ghar KCC Abhiyan” from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2023 for saturation of PM –Kisan beneficiaries under all type of KCC (Crop Cultivation, Animal husbandry, Dairy and fisheries).
(b) & (C) Yes Sir, as part of the Atmanirbhar Package, this department in association with D/o Financial Services organized all India Special drive for providing KCC to eligible dairy farmers associated with milk cooperatives and milk producer companies held from 01.06.2020 to 31.12.2020. In order to overcome difficulties faced during the said campaign and to cover more animal husbandry farmers “Nationwide AHDF KCC Campaign” from 15th November 2021 to 15th March 2023 was also conducted. 7,714 and 33,826 camps have been organized to provide Kisan Credit Card (KCC) in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh respectively up to 10.11.2023.
(d) & (e) Total operative KCC accounts as on 30.06.2023 for dairy is as given below;
