Madam/Sir,
The Board has started Integrated Payment System (IPS) of various functionaries involved in the examination/evaluation work for Supplementary examinations 2023 . The following are the features of these systems :-
A. IPS module for Exam Centre charges for Supplementary examinations 2023-
Board has launched the Integrated Payment System (IPS) for making payment(s) of Centre Charge(s) for the examination centres and functionaries involved in the conduct of Supplementary examinations 2023 .
As was done in the IPS module for the Main Examinations 2023, the relevant data has been fetched from OECMS portal to IPS module for the Supplementary examinations 2023 . The online IPS portal link is available 1n ” Pariksha Sangam” in CBSE website and made operational for the Examination Centres for Supplementary examinations 2023 to check , verify and to freeze the data.
The Board will make payment in an automotive mode thereafter into the account of individual. The last date for freezing the data in the IPS portal system is 20 November 2023 . It may also be noted that Board has decided to release the payment in a fixed schedule and thus all concerned are requested to follow the directions of the Board strictly.
B. IPS module for evaluation of theory answer books for Supplementary examinations 2023
1. The system is having following modules:
a) User manual
b) Account details of all functionaries e.g. CNS, HE, IHE, AHE (E), AHE(C) , AHE (S), evaluator and co-ordinator etc.
c) Number of answer books & duty day(s)
d) Freeze report
e) Final reports
2. Calculation of the payment will be made automatically by the system on the basis of details submitted by the CNS school I IHE in the TETRA Web-Portal on day-to-day basis during the evaluation work.
3. Payment will be released to individual accounts of the various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Supplementary examinations 2023.
All the concerned CNS/IHE are requested for the following :-
A. Read the User Manual of IPS and note the fields required to be filled in.
B. Based on the same, collect the data and check before filling the same in the IPS to ensure that data filled in is correct.
C. Kindly ensure IFSC Codes are all correct as per recent merger of the Banks.
D. Once the payment is pushed by the bank into the accounts of various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Supplementary examinations 2023, the CNS school I IHE will collect information about the successful and failed payments. In case of Rejected and Failed payments, the CNS school I IHE will contact the concerned functionaries and immediately update data as reflected and desired in IPS by logging into their accounts.
Once the CNS school I IHE are satisfied that the data is correct, the same information may be filled in the IPS. The applicable rates will be automatically filled in. The details of rates are available in the IPS Module itself . Once data is filled in, CBSE will start releasing the payment in an automotive mode.
The facility of entry and editing/correction facility will only remain available on the IPS portal as per dates given below. After the given dates the IPS system will be closed for the payment of various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Supplementary examinations 2023.

All the CS/CNS school I IHE are therefore requested to initiate immediate action to ensure timely completion of activities of Submission or/and freezing of Data in IPS and Corrections (if any).
