CIDCO Profitable Housing Scheme : scheme at Palm beach marg in the offing for MPs and MLAs
The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) is coming up with a dedicated housing scheme at plush Palm Beach Marg in Navi Mumbai for the sitting members of Parliament and Legislative Assembly elected after January 1, 2020, besides IAS, IPS, IRS officers and judges among others.
Confirming the development, an official from the CIDCO said that they have started a demand registration scheme— those who are interested and not having a house in Navi Mumbai can make an online application for these houses, by making Rs 1 lakh payment as booking amount.
The registration will remain open till November 12.
“CIDCO is not incurring any losses with this scheme as the houses are being offered at market rates only,” the official added. In the scheme, about 350 houses will be constructed — with 3 bhk houses of 1150 sq ft and 4 bhk houses of 1600 sq ft.
The tentative cost of 3bhk houses is Rs 2.45 crore and that of 4 bhk houses will be Rs 3.47 crore, as per the notification issued by the CIDCO.
Along the residential tower, the layout will have an amphitheater, squash court, swimming pool, garden area, mini auditorium, billiards table, walking and cycling track, among other amenities.
CIDCO has conditioned that the buyer will not be able to sell their apartment before three years.
