On September 27, 2023, the Telangana state government announced the list of recipients for the third phase of the 2BHK scheme. For four districts—Hyderabad (15 Constituencies), Medchal-Malkajgiri (4 Constituencies), Rangareddy (4 Constituencies), and Sangareddy District (1 Constituency—the GHMC has produced the third phase list of the Telangana 2 BHK Scheme.
