CIRCULAR
Subject: Opening of Public Hearing in ODA without online appointment.
Keeping in view the larger interest of public, Public hearing in DDA is being opened for all walk in visitors without online appointment on public hearing days as per the schedule given below:
• Dy. Directors and Directors on Mondays and Thursdays between 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm.
• Commissioners and above on Mondays and Thursdays between 2.30 pm and 3.30 pm.
For period beyond public hearing hours, entry will be allowed only through photo passes after taking consent from the concerned officer of the rank of Dy. Director and above. Those carrying identity card of Ministry of Home Affairs or DDA (ex DDA employees) are exempted from making passes. They can enter Vikas sadan by showing their cards.
This is issued with the approval of Vice Chairman, DDA.
