Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 6 लाख सालाना आयवाले EWS वर्ग के लोग भी पा सकेंगे PM आवास
सरकार ने मुंबई महानगर क्षेत्र (MMR) में साझेदारी में किफायती आवास परियोजनाओं के तहत आवास योजनाओं के लिए ईडब्ल्यूएस वर्ग के आय स्लैब को 3 लाख रुपये से दोगुना कर 6 लाख रुपये कर दिया है।
केंद्र सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना- शहरी (PMAY-U) के तहत आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS) श्रेणी के लिए पात्रता मानदंडों मेंबदलाव किया है। सरकार ने मुंबई महानगर क्षेत्र (MMR) में साझेदारी में किफायती आवास परियोजनाओं के तहत आवास योजनाओं के लिए ई डब्ल्यू एस वर्ग के आय स्लैब को 3 लाख रुपये से दोगुना कर 6 लाख रुपये कर दिया है। इस से शहरी क्षेत्रों में म्हाडा और सिडको की पी एम ए वाई घरों की लॉटरी के माध्यम से किफायती आवास का लाभ उठाने के पात्र लोगों की संख्या में वृद्धि होगी।
म्हाडा ने सोमवार को एक प्रेस नोट जारी कर दावा किया कि यह वृद्धि महाराष्ट्र सरकार के केंद्र से अनुरोध के बाद की गई है। एजेंसी ने कहा, “आय स्लैब मेंवृद्धि का उद्देश्य ईडब्ल्यूएस श्रेणी से संबंधित व्यक्तियों के लिए किफायती आवास की पात्रता और पहुंच का विस्तार करना है। ताकि, ईडब्ल्यूएस श्रेणी के अधिकतम लोग एमएमआर में म्हाडा की हाउसिंग लॉटरी का लाभ उठा सकें।”
पार्टनरशिप में किफायती आवास योजना के तहत, केंद्र सरकार प्रति घर 1.5 लाख रुपये की सब्सिडी देती है। एएचपी के तहत वर्टिकल न्यूनतम 250 घरों वाली परियोजनाओं को मंजूरी दिया जाता है, जिनमें से कम से कम 35% घर ईडब्ल्यूएस श्रेणी के लिए आरक्षित होता है।
TOI की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, म्हाडा के मुंबई बोर्ड ने मुंबई के विभिन्न हिस्सों में 4,082 फ्लैटों के लिए आगामी हाउसिंग लॉटरी में भाग लेनेवाले आवेदकों की एक ड्राफ्ट सूची जारी की। इस सूची में कुल 1,22,235 आवेदन शामिल हैं, जिनमेंसे 527 आवेदनों को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया गया है, जबकि 14,990 आवेदनों की जांच अभी भी चल रही है। सोमवार तक 1,06,799 आवेदक लॉटरी मेंभाग लेंगे।
24 जुलाई को म्हाडा द्वारा अंतिम सूची घोषित करने के बाद यह संख्या बदल सकती है। पहले यह लॉटरी 18 जुलाई जुलाई को ड्रा होनी थी।

MHADA spokesperson says that due to Rs 3 lakh, people with low income were getting less benefit. In such a situation, its limit has been increased to Rs 6 lakh. However, its benefit will not be available in the ongoing lottery. Explain that the state government had recommended the central government to increase Rs. After the implementation of the Seventh Pay Commission, the income of D class employees has also increased to more than Rs 3 lakh.
