Madam/Sir,
The Board has started Integrated Payment System (IPS) of various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Board examinations 2022-23 . Details of IPS (CNS I IHE) are as given below :-
FOR CHIEF NODAL SUPERVISOR (CNS)
The system for CNS is having following modules :
- a) Evaluation Team Account Details e.g. CNS, HE, AHE(E), AHE(C), AHE(S) , evaluator and co-ordinator etc
- b) CNS Detail
- c) Head Examiner Detail
- d) Evaluation Team duty details e.g. number of answer books & duty day(s)
- e) Evaluation Team Report
- f) Freeze Report
- g) Final Evaluation Team Report
- h) Grievances
- i) Rejected Payment Details Update
FOR INDEPENDENT HEAD EXAMINER (IHE)
The system for IHE is having following modules :
- a) IHE & Evaluation Team Account Details e.g. IHE, AHE(E), AHE(C), evaluator and co-ordinator etc
- b) IHE Evaluation Details
- c) IHE Team Evaluation duty details e.g. number of answer books & duty day(s)
- d) Freeze Report
- e) Final IHE Evaluation Report
- f) Grievances
- g) Rejected payment details update
The following are the features of this system :
- Calculation of the payment will be made automatically by the system on the basis of details submitted by the CNS school IHE in the TETRA Web-Portal on day-to-day basis during the evaluation work.
- Payment will be released to individual accounts of the various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Board examinations 2022-23 .
For the best use of the system which is different from previous IPS, the following steps are suggested:-
- Read the User Manual of IPS and understand the same well.
- Based on the same, collect the data of Answer Books evaluated & days of work done. Carefully fill the data in the IPS to ensure that data filled in is correct.
- Kindly ensure IFSC Codes are all correct as per recent merger of the Banks.
- Once the payment is pushed by the bank into the accounts of various functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Board examinations 2022-23, the CNS school / IHE will collect information about the successful and failed payments. In case of Rejected and Failed payments, the CNS school I IHE will contact the concerned functionaries and immediately update data as reflected and desired in IPS by logging into their accounts.
Once the CNS / IHE are satisfied and data freezed the applicable rates will be automatically filled in. The details of rates are available in the IPS Module itself. After the freezing of data, CBSE will start releasing the payment in an automotive mode.
The facility of entry and editing/correction facility will only remain available on the IPS portal as per dates given below. After the given dates the IPS system will be closed for the payment of var ious functionaries involved in the evaluation work of theory answer books for Board examinations 2022-23 .

All the CNS school/IHE are therefore requested to initiate immediate action to ensure timely completion of activities of submission of data in IPS and corrections (if any).
