The Financial Support Scheme (FSS) application deadline has been extended by Delhi University to 31 January 2023. On the program's official website,, students can submit an application.

In accordance with the government's philosophy, "Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas," the programme grants a fee waiver to students who are financially unstable. Students accepted into UG and PG programmes in colleges are not eligible for this programme.

A full-time, bonafide student enrolled in a department at the University of Delhi who is from an institution in an economically challenged segment is qualified to apply, per the requirements made public by Delhi University.
