Subject: India’s G20 Presidency – reg.
As you may be aware, India has assumed the Presidency of the G20 on December 01, 2022 for a one-year term. In this  regard, the Logo and Theme for India’s Presidency of G20 were launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on November 01, 2022.
India’s G20 Presidency
A brief write-up about India’s G20 Presidency is enclosed as annexure A.
To mark this occasion of India taking over as G20 Presidency for the first time, the children may be educated about G20 and India’s Presidency of this multilateral forum. The main aim of this initiative is to disseminate the information as widely as possible, especially to the younger audiences.
School Heads  may educate students about G20 and India’s Presidency of this multilateral forum. A brief pamphlet prepared (in Hindi and English) by G20 Secretariat may be either read out to students in school assemblies. The pamphlet is enclosed as annexure B for ready reference.
