Central Reserve Police Force, Pioneer Cadre (Group B Combatised Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24th May, 2021

G.S.R. 386(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Central Reserve Police Force Act, 1949 (66 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Reserve Police Force, Pioneer Cadre (Group B Combatised Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-

(1) These  rules  may  be  called  the  Central  Reserve  Police  Force,  Pioneer  Cadre  (Group  B Combatised Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into Force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Reserve Police Force, Pioneer Cadre (Group B Combatised Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 4, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

“4. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of said posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule amended to these rules.”;

3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,-

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Inspector (Overseer) (Civil),-

(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

(ii) in column (11), under the sub-heading “By promotion”,-

(a) for the words, figures and letters “pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs 4200/-”, the words, figures, brackets and letters “level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400/-) in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;

(b) ‘Note 2’ shall be omitted;

(iii) in column (11), under the sub-heading “Deputation/absorption”,-

(a) for the words, figures and letters “pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4200/-”, the words, figures, brackets and letters “level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400/-) in the pay matrix” shall be substituted.

(b) ‘Note 4’ shall be omitted.

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Inspector (Overseer) (Electrical),-

(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

(i) in column (11), under the sub-heading “Deputation/absorption”,-

(a) for the words, figures and letters “pay band-2, 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4200/-”; the words, figures, brackets and letters “level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400/-) in the pay matrix” shall be substituted;

(b) ‘Note 4’ shall be omitted.
