Refund of excess amount paid by the allottees of Vasant Kunj under ODA Housing Scheme 2019 : DDU

Subject: – Refund of excess amount paid by the allottees of Vasant Kunj toward cost of flat.
It is hereby informed since last date of payment (interest free) for allottees of Vasant Kunj under ODA Housing Scheme 2019 (except for flats at 82 Vasant Kuni) had already been extended till 31.10.2020 and few allottees of Vasant Kunj had already paid amount toward cost of flats including interest on or before 31.10.2020 are requesting for refund of excess amount toward interest.
It is therefore, decided to refund the excess amount (without providing any interest on excess amount) paid by allottees. Concerned branches are requested to forward the excess amount refund cases as mentioned above to Account Branch and AO will be the competent authority for approval of the refund cases.
