The relief was extended for the period 01.07.2020 to 30.06.2021 along with enhancement of rate of relief and relaxation in the eligibility conditions during the period 24.03.2020 to 31.12.2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part III Section 4 Sl. No 436 on 16.10.2020.
Now it has been decided to relax the condition of submitting claim for relief under Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana in affidavit form for claiming this relief. The requirement of furnishing claim in an affidavit in form AB-1 (annexure) is proposed to be dispensed with. The following amendments are proposed: –
- In the notification dated 04.02.2020, in clause (6) the words “an affidavit” shall be omitted.
- In the form AB-I (Annexure) referred in clause (6) therein the words “to be prepared on Rs. 20/- non-judicial stamp-paper” shall be omitted.
Any objection or suggestion, which may be received from any person in respect of notification within a period od thirty (30) days from the date of publication, will be considered by the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation.
