Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi had constituted State Fee Regulatory Committee

Delhi, the 18th September, 2020
F. No. DHE 18(14)/SFRC (4th)/2017-18/1160-70.—Where as in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 8 of 2007), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi had constituted State Fee Regulatory Committee vide notification number F.DHE 18(6)/SFRC/2016-17/206-217 dated the 17th January, 2017 for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the smooth functions assigned in the said Act. The said committee had submitted its report, which had been considered by the Government under sub section (3) of section 6 of the said Act and notified the same on 02nd August, 2019.

The fees shall be applicable for students admitted in the Academic Year 2019-20. Further, 4th State Fee Regulatory Committee has submitted its supplementary report with the recommendations of following fee structure for the left out courses :-

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (13) of section 6 of the said Act, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies that the above proposed fees shall be applicable from the academic year 2019-20 onwards as is the case with other colleges/courses notified by the Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
