Subject: – Anti-dumping duty investigation concerning imports of Polystyrene from Iran, Malaysia, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, UAE and USA

F. No. 6/10/2019-DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the Final Findings, vide notification No. 6/10/2019-DGTR dated 12th June 2020, in respect of subject Anti- dumping investigation.
1. Table for price undercutting for ‘Subject Country: Chinese Taipei’ in para 71 of the said notification is substituted by the following Table:
