Scheme details / components

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India has announced the scheme for incentives for nutritional support to TB patients. This scheme will be called “Nikshay Poshan Yojana”.

Beneficiary

All notified TB patients are beneficiaries of the scheme.

Eligibility

All TB patients notified on or after 1st April 2018 including all existing TB patients under treatment are eligible to receive incentives. The patient must be registerednotified on the NIKSHAY portal.

Benefit

Financial incentive of Rs.500/- per month for each notified TB patient for duration for which the patient is on anti-TB treatment. For existing patients on treatment on 01/04/2018, incentives shall be provided for the period of treatment remaining after 01/04/2018. Provided that for existing patients on 01/04/18, only such patients for whom the remaining period of treatment after 01/04/18 is more than or equal to one month, shall be eligible for incentive. Also, existing patients on 01/04/18 shall be entitled to receive incentives only for full months of remaining period of treatment (partial months shall be dropped).

The scheme is registered under Direct Benefit Transfer. The incentives can be distributed in Cash (only via DBT preferably through Aadhaar enabled bank accounts) or in-kind. The States that are already distributing incentives in-kind may continue to do so subject to the condition that the total value of the food basket being distributed must not be less than Rs. 500 per month. Such states where such ‘in-kind’ support is provided by the state; concurrence should be taken from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.

Funding

The scheme is a centrally sponsored scheme under National Health Mission (NHM). Financial norms of NHM in terms of cost sharing, are applicable to the scheme.

Area of implementation

This scheme is implemented across all States and UTs in India.

Schedule of payment

Each TB patient whether public or private sector notified must be notified on the Nikshay, platform.

For ease of transaction, following arrangement will be followed

Note:

i) The payment schedule for patients already notified on Nikshay as on 01/04/2018 will also be the same. However, payment to such patient shall be for the remaining period of treatment.

(ii) For paediatric TB patients where Bank accounts are not available, the money shall be deposited in parents / guardians accounts whose details are to be sought and entered in Nikshay against the patient’s records.

(iii) For patients not having Bank account or Aadhaar number, health staff will facilitate opening of Bank a/c for the patient preferably under Jan Dhan Yojna and will also facilitate his/her Aadhaar enrolment.

Timelines / Periodicity

Beneficiary list creation and incentive payments will be done as per following schedule

केंद्र सरकार ने क्षय रोग जैसे की टीबी जैसी बीमारी के लिए निक्षय पोषण योजना 2020 (Nikshay Poshan Yojana Registration) चला रखी है। यह सरकारी योजना उन लोगों के लिए प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा शुरू की गई है जो क्षय रोग से ग्रसित है। निक्षय पोषण योजना (Nikshay Poshan Yojana Enrollment Form) टीबी मरीजों के लिए एक तरह की पोषण सहायता योजना है जिसमें रोगियों व प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को हर महिनें 500 रूपये उपचार के साथ-साथ दिये जाएंगे। निक्षय पोषण योजना 2020 के लिए आप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर पंजीकरण व नामांकन कर सकते हैं जहां से वे अपना इलाज ले रहें हैं।

टीबी एक खतरनाक और गंभीर बीमारी है जिससे हर साल लगभग हजारों लोगों की मौत हो जाती है। टीबी के मरीजों की मौत का कारण आज के समय में पोषण से भरपूर खाने की कमी है क्यूंकि टीबी की बीमारी से लड़ने वाली दवाइयाँ तो बहुत है पर कहीं न कहीं अच्छे पोष्टिक भोजन की कमी है। क्यूंकि डॉक्टरों के अनुसार टीबी की दवाइयों के साथ मरीज को अच्छे भोजन की भी बहुत जरूरत होती है और ऐसा ना होने पर कुछ परिस्थितियों में रोगी की मृत्यु तक हो जाती है।

निक्षय पोषण योजना (Nutritional Support Scheme for TB Patients) केंद्र सरकार की राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा मिशन (National Health Mission – NHM) द्वारा वित्त पोषित योजना है।

निक्षय पोषण योजना 2020 – पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन कैसे करें

निक्षय पोषण योजना (Nikshay Poshan Yojana Registration Form 2020 & Payment) के लिए वैसे तो किसी तरह का पंजीकरण सरकार द्वारा मांगा गया है पर रोगी को योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए nikshay.in निक्षय पोर्टल पर सूचित करना होता है जिससे की वे अपने डेटाबेस में रोगी का रिकॉर्ड रख सकें। समय पर पर टीबी के मरीज को एसएमएस भी भेजें जाते हैं जिससे की वह अपना टिकाकरण न भूले। टीबी का इलाज करने वाले केन्द्रों को रोगियों का इलाज करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा भुगतान भी किया जाता है:

निक्षय पोषण योजना जरूरी दस्तावेज

डॉक्टर से प्रमाणित पेपर (Documents Required for Nikshay Poshan Yojana Application) जो यह साबित करता हो की व्यक्ति टीबी का मरीज हो। इसके अलावा ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भी भरना होगा जो पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध है।

निक्षय पोषण योजना 2020 पात्रता

टीबी मरीजो के लिए शुरू की गई निक्षय पोषण योजना (Need for Nikshay Poshan Yojana Portal & Benefits) का लाभ लेने के लिए रोगियों को नीचे दी गई पात्रता को पूरा करना होगा वरना वे योजना के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे:

व्यक्ति ने 1 अप्रैल 2018 या उसके बाद निक्षय पोर्टल पर सूचित कर दिया हो।

वे जो पहले से ही टीबी का इलाज ले रहें हैं इसके पात्र होंगे।

जो पोर्टल पर सरकार को सूचित नहीं करेगा वह स्कीम का पात्र नहीं होगा।

निक्षय पोषण योजना लाभ

इस योजना से टीबी के उपचार के लिए मरीजों को एक मंच मिलता है।

योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य मरीजों की निगरानी करना, उन्हें आसानी से टीबी के इलाज के लिए सहयोग प्रदान करना है।

इस योजना की खास बात यह है की केंद्र सरकार द्वारा एक डेटाबेस बनाया जाता है, जिसमें वे उन सभी रोगियों के लिए आवश्यक रिकॉर्ड समय-समय पर तैयार करते रहें।

इसके अलावा टीबी रोगियों को 500 रूपये मासिक तो दिये जाते ही हैं।

निक्षय योजना में मदद लेने वाले रोगियों की कुल संख्या पूरे देश में 13 लाख से ऊपर है।

यह योजना राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के तहत है शुरू की गई है।
