DDA Revises Terms for CSP Housing Scheme 2025, Maintenance Charges Included
दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (डीडीए) ने दिनांक 25 जून 2026 को जारी उस परिपत्र के संबंध में स्पष्टीकरण जारी किया है, जिसमें टॉवर-एम, डीडीए गोल्फ व्यू कॉन्डोज, सेक्टर-198, द्वारका स्थित 39 कम्युनिटी सर्विस पर्सनेल (CSP) फ्लैटों को “डीडीए द्वारका कम्युनिटी सर्विस पर्सनेल (CSP) हाउसिंग स्कीम-2025 (ई-नीलामी राउंड-II)” के अंतर्गत उपलब्ध कराने का प्रावधान किया गया था। डीडीए ने स्पष्ट किया है कि प्रत्येक फ्लैट की 31.28 लाख रुपये की अस्थायी आरक्षित कीमत में लागू रखरखाव (मेंटेनेंस) शुल्क पहले से ही शामिल है।

CORRIGENDUM
Subject: Offering of 39 CSP flats in Tower M, DDA Golf View Condos, Sector 198, Dwarka through “DDA Dwarka Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction Round-II)” among the eligible flat owners of Golf View Condos.
With reference to Circular dated 25.06.2026 regarding offering of 39 CSP flats in Tower M, DDA Golf View Condos, Sector 198, Dwarka through “DDA Dwarka Community Service Personnel (CSP) Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction Round-II)”, it is hereby clarified that the tentative reserve price of31.28 lakh per flat is inclusive of applicable maintenance charges.
2. Accordingly, the Note at Para 2 of the circular stating that “The tentative reserve price does not include maintenance charges… ” shall be read as under:
“The tentative reserve price includes applicable maintenance charges. However, conversion charges, water connection charges and other statutory charges, if applicable, shall be payable separately as per rules at the time of issuance of demand letter.”
3. Further, Para 7 of the circular regarding Maintenance Charges shall stand modified accordingly. The provision regarding separate recovery of maintenance charges shall not be applicable for these CSP flats.
4. All other terms and conditions of the circular shall remain unchanged.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
