हिमाचल प्रदेश में पहली बार सरकारी अस्पतालों के डॉक्टरों से मिलने का समय और तारीख जैसी सुविधा मरीजों को घर बैठे ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगी. सितंबर के पहले हफ्ते में हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार के मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर ने अनुभव योजना शुरू की है. यह वास्तव में एक डिजिटल हेल्थ प्लेटफॉर्म है. हिमाचल के नागरिक अनुभव योजना के तहत घर बैठे डॉक्टर से अप्वाइंटमेंट ले सकते हैं. यह वास्तव में एक टोकन के जरिये होता है जिसमें आप डॉक्टर से समय लेकर अपनी सुविधा के हिसाब से उनसे दिखाने जा सकते हैं. अनुभव योजना अभी कुल्लू जिला अस्पताल में शुरू की गई है. जल्द ही इसे प्रदेश के सभी अस्पतालों में लागू करने की तैयारी की जा रही है.
क्या है अनुभव योजना का उद्देश्य?
हिमाचल सरकार नागरिकों के लिए डिजिटल हेल्थ सेवा को बढ़ावा देना चाहती है. डिजिटल हेल्थ सेवा की तरफ कदम बढ़ाते हुए पहले कदम के रूप में अनुभव योजना शुरू की गयी है. अब लोगों को अस्पताल में डॉक्टर से दिखाने के लिए लंबी कतार में खड़ा नहीं होना पड़ेगा.
कैसे काम करती है अनुभव योजना?
स्वास्थ्य विभाग की अनुभव योजना वास्तव में डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य सेवा की तरफ बढ़ता कदम है. ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य विभाग की आशा वर्कर व स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता के माध्यम से अनुभव योजना में मरीज ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करा सकेंगे. फिर स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता के माध्यम से ही विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर से अपनी सुविधा अनुसार अपॉइंटमेंट ले सकेंगे. इसके साथ ही मरीजों को मोबाइल फोन पर एसएमएस के माध्यम से डॉक्टर से मिले समय की पुष्टि की जाएगी.
क्या होगा अनुभव योजना से लाभ?
अगर आपने ऑनलाइन सुविधा की मदद से किसी डॉक्टर से अप्वाइंटमेंट लिया है और किसी वजह से डॉक्टर से मिलने वाली तिथि या समय में कोई बदलाव किया गया तब भी आपको इसके बारे में सूचित कर दिया जाएगा.
वास्तव में अनुभव योजना के तहत अप्वाइंटमेंट फिक्स करने के बाद आपके मोबाइल पर एक ई-पर्ची जेनरेट होगी. इसे दिखाकर डॉक्टर से इलाज कराया जा सकेगा.

Himachal Pradesh govt. has launched Anubhav Yojana in which all the citizens can now Book Appointment with doctors of government hospitals online even while sitting at their home. This would be done on the basis of a Token System and people can fix their timings to meet doctors easily. The main tagline of this scheme is “One Step Towards Digital Health”. Now after the launch of Anubhav Yojana in the district, all the people will not have to stand in queue at the hospitals. Rather they can just book appointment (parchi) for OPD online. CM Jai Ram Thakur had launched this HP Anubhav Yojana Portal as a digital health platform. People can book / schedule appointment with doctors while sitting at home. In the initial phase, the state govt. had started this facility for the Kullu district only but soon it was launched in other districts as well and now it is applicable for the entire state. Booking Online appointment with doctors would save lots of time which could have been wasted if the people stand in lines at the hospitals.
How to Book Appointment with Doctors Online in HP Anubhav Yojana

- Then applicants will have to select consultation type for appointment.
- Then Applicants will have to verify mobile to book new appointment under Anubhav Yojana.
- Verify yourself using Mobile Number, choose department, select date of appointment, verify yourself using aadhaar number, get confirmation SMS.
