CIRCULAR
Sub: Launch of DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026 (डीडीए खुशहाल परिवार योजना 2026) for offering of MIG Flats at Lokanayakpuram, Jahangirpuri & Narela – reg.
In pursuance of its objective to provide housing, Delhi Development Authority hereby launches ‘DDA Khushaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026’ for offering 133 flats at Loknayakpuram, 17 flats at Jahangirpuri and 296 flats at Narela of the Middle Income Group (MIG) category. Brief details of the flats, including the plinth area range, disposal price range, locality, sector and pocket, are annexed herewith as Annexure -1.
2. The dates for commencement of registration and booking of flats under the scheme will commence on 06.11.2026 (on the occasion of Dhanteras) and 16.11.2026 respectively. Registration and booking shall be carried out through DDA’s Awaas Portal https://eservices.dda.org.in, under the scheme title “DDA Khushhaal Pariwaar Yojana 2026” (डीडीए खुशहाल परिवार योजना 2026). The booking amount for MIG flats shall be Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only).
3. Applicants wishing to book a flat are required to pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2500/- towards on boarding on DDA’s Awaas Portal. Applicants who have already registered on the portal need not register again.
4. The remaining terms and conditions of the scheme shall be as per the brochure of DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026.

5. The flats offered for disposal as detailed in the annexure shall be available for inspection by the interested buyers. The contact details of concerned Site Engineers for visit facilitation is given herein below:
