Allotment of Car Parking Spaces to Allottees of
DDA Karmayogl Awaas Yojana 2025 and DDA Naagrlk Awaas Yojana 2026
It is hereby informed that HIG/3 BHK and MIG/2 BHK allottees of DDA Karmayogl Awaas Yojana 2025 and DDA Naagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 are invited to submit their requests for allotment of car parking space(s), along with their preference for car parking space(s). from amongst the available parking spaces in their respective housing pockets.
2. The allotment of parking spaces shall be carried out on a monthly basis. The last working day of each month shall be considered as the cut-off date for determining the priority of eligible allottees for the respective round of allotment. An eligible allottee who does not submit his/her request during the current round may submit the request in a subsequent month and shall be considered for allotment in that round only.
3. Priority for allotment of parking spaces shall be determined on the basis of the date of Issuance of the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter (DAL), subject to the issuance of the Possession Letter and availability of the requested parking space(s), with ear1ier issuance of DAL being accorded higher priority. In case of the same DAL date, priority shall be determined on the basis of the earlier date of booking/allotment of the flat and, where the same, by the ear1ier time of booking.
4. The number of parking spaces to be allotted to an allottee shall be as specified In the brochure/Demand-cum. Allotment Letter of the concerned scheme/flat However, not more than one parking space shall be allotted at the stilt level to any allottee.
In case an allottee is eligible for two parking spaces, he/she may give preference for one stilt-level parking space and one uppernower basement parking space. Allotment as per the preference shall be subject to availability.
5. Applications for allotment of parking space(s), along with the prescribed documents, may be submitted to:

6. The application shall be submitted along with the following documents:
- (i) Copy of Demand-<:um-Allotment letter (DAL);
- (ii) Copy of Possession letter;
- (iii) Copy of allottee’s ID proof; and
- (iv) Details/preferences of the parking space(s) sought, including preference for 1 stilt-level and 1 basement-level parking.
