Productivity Linked Bonus for the year 2025-26 to Postal Employees
आगामी दुर्गा पूजा (17 अक्टूबर), दशहरा (20 अक्टूबर) और दीपावली (8 नवंबर) को ध्यान में रखते हुए देशभर के डाक कर्मचारी उत्पादकता आधारित बोनस (PLB) की घोषणा का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। त्योहारों में अब केवल एक महीना बचा है।
कर्मचारी संघ का कहना है कि हर बार बोनस की घोषणा ऐन वक्त पर या त्योहार शुरू होने के बाद की जाती है, जिससे कर्मचारियों को पारिवारिक और सामाजिक तैयारियों में काफी दिक्कत आती है।
संघ ने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि इस मामले में तुरंत हस्तक्षेप कर त्योहार शुरू होने से काफी पहले बोनस का भुगतान सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि कर्मचारियों को समय पर राहत मिल सके।

Sub: – Regarding announcement of Productivity Linked Bonus for the year 2025-26 to Postal Employees.
Respected Sir,
It is submitted that this year, Durgotsav will commence from 17th October, Dussehra will be observed on 20th October, and Diwali will be celebrated on 8th November. Only 1 month is left before the beginning of the festive season. Postal employees across the country are eagerly waiting for the announcement of Productivity Linked Bonus.
It has been experienced of the staff that the announcement of bonus is often made just on the eve of festivals or sometimes even after the commencement of the festivals. This delay causes immense hardship to the employees in managing their social obligations, family commitments, and traditional rituals during the festive period.
In view of above this Union request yourself to kindly intervene the matter and arrange to allowance with bonus well in time much before the commencement of the forthcoming festivals. We trust that you will treat this sensitive matter with utmost priority and ensure timely relief to the workforce.
