DDA Extends Interest-Free Payment Window for Karkardooma Housing Scheme Allottees
दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (DDA) ने DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) तथा DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026 (FCFS) के आवंटियों को बड़ी राहत प्रदान करते हुए फ्लैटों के भुगतान की समय-सीमा बढ़ा दी है।
DDA द्वारा जारी आदेश के अनुसार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने डिमांड-कम-अलॉटमेंट लेटर (DAL) के तहत देय राशि के भुगतान के लिए अतिरिक्त समय देने की मंजूरी दी है। यह निर्णय आवश्यक वैधानिक स्वीकृतियों में लगने वाले समय, भू-राजनीतिक परिस्थितियों तथा आवंटियों द्वारा समय-सीमा बढ़ाने संबंधी प्राप्त अनुरोधों को ध्यान में रखते हुए लिया गया है।
31 जुलाई 2026 तक बिना ब्याज भुगतान की सुविधा
जिन मामलों में DAL जारी होने के बाद मिलने वाली 60 दिनों की ब्याज-मुक्त अवधि समाप्त हो चुकी है, उन सभी आवंटियों को अब 31 जुलाई 2026 तक बिना किसी अतिरिक्त ब्याज के भुगतान करने की अनुमति दी गई है।
30 अगस्त तक मिलेगा अतिरिक्त अवसर
यदि कोई आवंटी 31 जुलाई 2026 तक भुगतान नहीं कर पाता है, तो उसे 30 अगस्त 2026 तक का अतिरिक्त समय दिया जाएगा। हालांकि, इस अवधि के दौरान योजना के प्रावधानों के अनुसार 10 प्रतिशत वार्षिक ब्याज देना होगा।

Sub: Extension of timeline for payment under DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) and extension of booking of flats and payment timeline under DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026 (FCFS).
The Competent Authority has been pleased to allow an extension of the timeline for making payment of the demanded amounts as per Demand-cum Allotment Letters (DALs) issued to the allottees of DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) and DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026 (FCFS).
2. In view of the time likely to be required for obtaining statutory approvals, coupled with the gee-political situations and representations received from the allottees regarding extension of time beyond July, 2026, it is hereby informed that the last date for payment of the demanded amount has been extended up to 31.07.2026, without levy of any interest, in all cases under the above-mentioned housing schemes where the interest-free due date i.e. 60-days period w.e.f. issuance of DAL has lapsed. Thereafter, an additional period of 30 days, i.e. up to 30.08.2026, shall be allowed for making the payment. However, during this extended period, interest@ 10% per annum shall be applicable as per the scheme provisions.
3. All other terms and conditions of the scheme and the Demand-cum Allotment Letters shall remain unchanged. It is further informed that the booking period under DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026 (FCFS) has also been extended up to 31.07.2026 to provide an additional opportunity to prospective buyers for booking of the available flats.
This issues with the approval of the Vice Chairman, DDA.
