Sub: Draw of Lots for DDA Janta Awaas Yojana 2025 – reg.
The draw of lots for allotment of 144 EWS flats offered under the DDA Janta Awaas Yojana 2025 will be conducted as per schedule, i.e., on Friday, 13 March 2026 at 02:30 P.M. in the Auction Hall, Ground Floor, Block D, DDA Vikas Sadan, New Delhi.
The draw will be held under the chairmanship of Principal Commissioner (Housing) and in the presence of three independent judges, one of whom will be a retired High Court Judge.
2. The draw proceedings will be live-streamed and may be accessed by visiting the official YouTube channel of DDA:

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
