DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 : 936 New Flats Announced in Narela for Serving & Retired Government Employees

Sub: Offering of additional 936 flats under DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 in the dedicated housing Pocket 6, Sector A1-A4, Narela for Serving/Retired Govt. Employees
The Delhi Development Authority had earlier launched “DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025”, a special housing scheme exclusively for all serving and retired Government Servants, including employees of the Central Government, State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Public Sector Banks (PSBs), Local Bodies, Autonomous Bodies, Universities and similar government institutions etc., for sale of 1168 flats in Pocket-9, Sector A1-A4, Narela.
2. The Scheme has received an encouraging response from eligible applicants, with around 75% inventory already sold out. Keeping in view the positive response to the Scheme and in order to provide additional housing opportunities to Government Servants, it has been decided to offer additional 936 newly constructed flats located in Pocket-6, Sector A1-A4, Narela under the said scheme. The details of the additional flats are as under:

# Besides above, maintenance charges, conversion charges and water connection charges will be separately demanded at the time of issuance of Demand-cum- Allotment Letter.
Maintenance charges for different categories of flats will be as under:

3. The additional flats shall be offered on the same terms and conditions of the Scheme, including the flat 25% discount on disposal price, as applicable to the flats offered earlier under the Scheme.
4. Allotment of these additional flats will also be made on First-Come-First-Serve (FCFS) basis (पहले आओ, पहले पाओ) through DDA’s Awaas Portal (https://eservices.dda.org.in), subject to availability. To enable them to participate for booking, interested buyers can register in the ongoing DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025. It is further clarified that if someone is already registered in any FCFS scheme of the housing department of DDA, he/she will also be eligible to book flat(s) under the scheme.
Booking for these flats will commence on Thursday, 26 March 2026 at 12:00 Noon, coinciding with the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami.
5. All other terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, booking amounts and procedures prescribed in the detailed Scheme Brochure of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 shall remain unchanged and applicable to the additional flats being offered.
6. Interested applicants are advised to visit the DDA websites www.dda.gov.in and eservices.dda.org.in for detailed information regarding the scheme and the additional flats on offer. The list of additional 936 flats and unit layout plans are attached herewith.
