DDA Announces 393 Additional Flats Under Bulk Purchase in Towering Heights Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026

CIRCULAR
Sub: DDA Towering Heights Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026 – Offering of additional 393 flats under ‘Bulk Purchase’ Category
In continuation of the ongoing DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026 (FCFS), it has been decided to offer an additional 393 flats under the ‘Bulk Purchase’ category to eligible Government Departments/Organizations.
2. The list of these additional 393 Oats is enclosed with this circular for reference.
3. Further, in accordance with the decision taken by the Competent Authority vide Circular dated 12.02.2026, the cost of parking area has been excluded from the disposal price of the flats.
4. Interested eligible Government organisations may go through the enclosed list of flats. In case they are interested in purchasing these flats under the Bulk Purchase category, they are required to write to the Pr. Commissioner (Housing), Delhi Development Authority, Room No. 303, 3•• Floor, Block B, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi (Email: [email protected]). Subject to availability of flats, the concerned organisation shall be informed accordingly and will be required to deposit 10% of the total disposal price of the required Oats as booking amount, so that the flats may be locked/reserved for them. It is reiterated that a minimum of 10 Oats are required to be purchased under the ‘Bulk Purchase’ category.
5. The allotment of flats and further procedure shall be governed by the terms and conditions of DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2026.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
