CIRCULAR
Sub: Invitation for Bulk Purchase of DDA Flats at Narela by Government Institutions/ Departments/ Universities for Residential Staff Quarters/ Hostels
After Rohini and Dwarka, Narela Sub-City developed by DDA has emerged as an attractive destination for residential purpose both for private individuals as well as government employees. With the recently inaugurated Urban Extension Road (UER-II) and Cabinet approved Narela Metro, connectivity to Narela is well established . The expansive inner road network, large swathes of green areas with community facilities including parks, storm water drainage and sewerage infrastructure have equipped the sub city with adequate social and physical infrastructure . In this context, Narela Sub City has turned out to be a premier location for residential staff quarters for government authorities. To promote the same, DDA is offering handsome discount to government sector for such residential staff quarters on bulk allotment basis.

2. The extant provisions now permit bulk purchase of flats in Narela by government entities in available pockets. A “bulk purchase” shall mean a minimum of 10 flats purchased by an eligible Government Institution/Department/University. However, there is no limit on number of flats that can be purchased.
3. Eligibility
- a. Central/State Government Ministries and Departments
- b. Central/State Government Universities
- c. Central/State Government Organizations, Undertakings & PSUs
- d. Central/State Autonomous Bodies
4. Current Incentive for Government Institutions/ Departments/ Universities
- a) 25% discount on LIG flats
- b) 15% discount on MIG and HIG flats
- c) The above discounts are at par with those available to the general public under the DDA Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana 2025 , and the discounts are given from the costing frozen at FY 2023-24 level.
- d) Any future discount schemes announced for the general public in Narela shall also ipso facto be avail able to eligible Government Institutions/ Departments/ Universities.
- e) Depending on availability, best efforts would be taken to allot flats in a single tower to one entity.

Note: The inventory of flats in Narela is subject to availability, as these units are also being offered under the ongoing Housing Schemes. The cost indicated against each category of flats is tentative for the Financial Year 2025-26. The final amount payable shall be communicated at the time of issuance of the demand-cum-allotment letter.
4. Application Procedure
Interested eligible entities may submit their applications along with authorisation/ approval of the competent authority of the Institution/ Department and details of the requirement (number and type of flats). The applications may be addressed to the Principal Commissioner (Housing), 3rd Floor, Block – B, DDA Vikas Sadan, New Delhi – 110023.
5. General Conditions
- a) Allotment will be subject to availability of flats and the terms and conditions notified by DDA from time to time.
- b) DDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
- c) The decision of the Vice-Chairman, DDA, shall be final and binding.
