CORRIGENDUM
Subject: Extension of timeline of Expression of Interest (Eol) for shortlisting of eligible Public/Private Entities for Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Affordable Rental Housing on their own available vacant land under ARH vertical of PMAY-U 2.0- reg.
This has reference to the Expression of Interest (Eal) (No. N-11/1/2024- HFA-V-MoHUA) for shortlisting of Public/Private Entities for Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Affordable Rental Housing (ARH) on their own available vacant land under ARH vertical of PMAY-U 2.0, that was published on the Unified Web Portal of PMAY-U (www.pmay-urban.gov.in) on 09.07.2025.
2. In order to ensure wider participation and considering the nature and scope of the proposal which involves large scale investment and long-term commitment by Public/Private Entities, the timeline for submission of proposals, which was earlier extended up to 30.06.2026 vide Corrigendum of even number dated 30.12.2025, is hereby further extended up to 31.12.2026. Therefore, all the interested agencies/entities are requested to upload the proposals within the stipulated time period to avoid any further complications.
3. Remaining terms and conditions will be the same as mentioned in the EoI and subsequent clarifications, if any.
