CIRCULAR
Subject: Extension of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS), DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) and DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) up to 31.12.2026 – reg.
DDA is presently offering flats for booking on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis under DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 and DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026. The booking under these schemes is currently open to eligible applicants as per the terms and conditions of the respective schemes.
In view of the continued demand and availability of flats under the aforesaid schemes and to provide further opportunity to interested eligible applicants to book flats, it has been decided to extend the booking period of DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS), DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) and DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 (FCFS) up to 31.12.2026.
Accordingly, interested eligible applicants may avail the opportunity to book flats under the above-mentioned schemes up to 31.12.2026, subject to the availability of flats and other terms and conditions of the respective schemes.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
