Sub: Extension of payment timeline for allottccs of DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) up to 31.03.2026
In view of the revision of Demand-cum-Allotment Letters (DALs) due to the exclusion of parking area cost from the disposal price of flats, and in order to facilitate the allottees to complete the procedural formalities for obtaining bank loans, the Compelent Authority has been pleased to extend the timeline for payment by the allottees of DDA Towering Heights, Karkardooma Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction).
Accordingly, the last date for making the payment as per the revised Demand cum-Allotment Letters (DALs) has been extended up to 31.03.2026.
All other terms and conditions of the scheme and the Demand-cum-Allotment Letters shall remain unchanged.
This issues with the approval of the Vice Chairman, DDA.
