(a)  Year-wise details of new Railway lines laid in the country including Wardha, Maharashtra from 2014 till date are as under:-

Further, Indian Railways does not run trains on State-wise basis as Railways cut across State boundaries. During 2014-15 to 2018- 2019(till 31st January, 2019) Indian Railways have introduced 885 train services of which 44 serve Wardha station.
(b)  228 New Line, Gauge Conversion and Doubling projects have been included in the Budget in the country including Wardha from 2014 till date.
